Okuhle Bikes (hereafter referred to as “the Company”) provides motorbike parts sales, repairs, and related services through its physical premises and online platforms. By engaging with the Company, whether in-store, online, or by telephone, customers agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein, in addition to any specific agreements made at the time of purchase or service.
All motorbike parts sold are either original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or high-quality aftermarket components. The Company guarantees the authenticity and condition of all items at the point of sale. While we make every effort to provide accurate product information and fitment advice, the final responsibility lies with the customer to confirm compatibility. Okuhle Bikes shall not be held liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the incorrect installation or misuse of any product.
Repair work is carried out by qualified mechanics using appropriate tools and procedures. A warranty may apply to certain services or parts, as agreed upon at the time of transaction. This warranty becomes void if the vehicle is altered or repaired by an unauthorized third party. Customers are advised to collect their motorcycles within 7 days of completion notification; unclaimed vehicles may incur storage fees or be subject to legal disposal procedures after 30 days.
